I'm still pretty new to the area. I've only been practicing here almost a year now, but what I have noticed is the diversity within our practice. Myself and Dr. LaVant, we were classmates and we have a really good relationship. Almost like brother and sister. If there are things that I don't know we collaborate on those things, and then like I said, our staff is very diverse.
We have people from Cuba, from India, so you kind of get that melting pot kind of environment that you may not get in other places. And then, also, our attentiveness and accessibility to our patients. A lot of my patients have my personal number where I reach out to them, they can communicate directly with me, and not even have to go through the staff. I think that, that's very important in building relationships with patients.
And I have worked in other places where that wasn't really the case. Being able to kind of, have a direct connection with your doctor I think is very important, and that's something that we do here in the office.
