Can I use the membership plan if I already have dental insurance?
Our membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. If you have insurance, we recommend using your benefits first. However, feel free to call us to discuss your specific situation.
Is the membership plan accepted for all services?
Yes — the 20% discount applies to all dental procedures performed at our office, and the 10% discount applies to all dental products we carry.
How do I enroll?

Does the plan renew automatically?
Plans are annual. Our team will reach out before your renewal date to confirm you'd like to continue. You are never automatically charged without confirmation.
What is the difference between the Adult Plan and the Perio+ Plan?
The Adult Plan is for patients without periodontal (gum) disease and includes two standard cleanings per year. The Perio+ Plan is for patients who have been diagnosed with gum disease and includes three periodontal maintenance appointments per year, which are more thorough and medically necessary for managing the condition.
