How do I know if you accept my insurance?
Call our office at 602-857-9945 and our team will verify your benefits before your appointment. You can also bring your insurance card to your visit and we'll check on the spot.
What does "in-network" mean?
When a dentist is "in-network" with your insurance plan, they have agreed to contracted rates with your insurer. This typically means lower out-of-pocket costs for you. We are in-network with many major plans.
What if you're out-of-network with my insurance?
We can still file claims on your behalf as an out-of-network provider. Many plans still provide partial coverage for out-of-network care. We'll help you understand your benefits and maximize your coverage.
Do you offer a discount for patients without insurance?
Yes. We offer competitive self-pay rates and can discuss payment plan options to make care affordable. Ask our team about our current self-pay pricing when you call.
When is payment due?
Your estimated patient portion (after insurance) is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and financing through CareCredit and Cherry Financing.
